About the role

  • TPA Consultant focusing on developing relationships with Third-Party Administrators for Fidelity. Supporting strategic account management and retention growth in the upper markets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated coverage and relationship management for 5–7 national TPA firms
  • Serve as a strategic liaison for advisory-based TPAs such as HUB, OneDigital, and NFP
  • Support TPA firms engaged in our Tax Exempt Market (TEM) and Non-Qualified solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive retention and growth across markets
  • Contribute to the evolution of our TPA program by identifying opportunities for efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in TPA relationship management, retirement services, or strategic account support
  • Strong understanding of advisory-based business models and fiduciary services
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact relationships with professionalism and agility
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building programs that serve both partners and clients
