About the role

  • Lead marketing strategies for Fidelity’s institutional investor clients with a focus on collaboration. Develop omni-channel marketing programs that align with business objectives and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly collaborative marketing team aimed at reaching and engaging Fidelity’s institutional investor clients
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Institutional Client Group (ICG)
  • Establish marketing strategies that align with key business priorities and oversee an omni-channel marketing program
  • Collaborate with business leaders and marketing peers and cross-functional business partners
  • Connect the dots across the Fidelity organization to maintain an open and collaborative approach

  • Curiosity to follow Marketing trends and surface creative new ideas to the team
  • Thoughtful approach to leadership, encouraging a culture of learning, mobility, and smart risk-taking
  • Ability to move quickly and maintain clear-headedness under pressure; enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Series 7 and 24 licenses (or willingness to acquire within 6 months after starting role)
