About the role

  • Focus on annual pension actuarial valuations to determine cash and accounting requirements
  • Support merger and acquisition transactions as they impact corporate benefit programs
  • Assist clients optimally manage their employee benefits programs from a financial, compliance, and communications perspective
  • Design custom micro sites for a wide range of corporate compensation and benefits needs

Requirements

  • Mathematics, Actuarial Science or quantitative subject major preferred
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, along with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations while being inventive and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to the actuarial career path via a passing score on at least one Society of Actuaries examination
