Responsibilities
- Operatives und strategisches SAP-Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement in komplexen Systemlandschaften
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten inkl. Organisationsmanagement
- Durchführung von Massenänderungen und Administration von Berechtigungsobjekten, Profilen und Referenzbenutzern
- Zusammenarbeit mit Security-, Audit- und Compliance-Teams zur Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Mitwirkung im Identity Management (IDM) und Integration von Schnittstellen zu Non-SAP-Systemen
- Analyse sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen, Fehlerbehebung sowie Unterstützung bei SAP-Updates und Go-Lives
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Berechtigungswesen (FI/CO, MM, SD, CS, EAM, S/4HANA)
- Fundiertes Know-how in PFCG, SU10, Rollenbau, Massenableitungen und Benutzeradministration
- Kenntnisse in IDM-Lösungen (SAP IDM, EntraID) sowie tiefes Verständnis von Sicherheitsstandards, SoD-Konflikten und Compliance (ISO 27001, IKS)
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Sensibilität für Security-Themen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung sowie Deutsch (C1) - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Resilienz und Fähigkeit, in agilen Teams strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten
