- 国際財務報告基準（IFRS）に基づく連結財務諸表作成
- 監査法人による四半期／年度会計監査対応
- プロジェクトメンバーとして全社プロジェクトへの参画
Requirements
- **必須要件：**
- 決算マネジメントあるいはそれに準じる経験（単体及び連結）
- 一般的な経理業務の担当及び承認経験（日々の取引、月次、四半期、期末決算）
- 柔軟な発想力を持ち、理想（Should be）と現実（Real）を的確に比較し、バランス感覚をもって判断できる方
- 複雑な要件を現場レベルまで考慮し、現実的で実行可能な業務フローへと落とし込める方
- 高いコミュニケーション能力を有し、チームや関係者と円滑に協働できる方
