Responsibilities
Plan, optimise, and execute customer engagement initiatives across channels using automation, custom audiences, and tailored programs throughout various customer lifecycle stages.
Create and implement new use cases, designing automated and dynamic campaigns driven by data insights to boost engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
Track and analyse campaign performance, working closely with data and analytics teams to improve customer engagement through data-driven insights.
Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy to continually enhance communication effectiveness across different channels and marketing programs.
Collaborate with Content Experience & Merchandising teams to develop and support cross-channel initiatives that align with overall goals.
Partner with the Product team to enhance the customer journey, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences across the platform.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to adapt campaigns and ensure relevance across customer segments and channels.
Requirements
Experience with CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or similar field preferably from a media, technology or B2C subscription-oriented business.
Excellent understanding of email, push notification and In-app notifications.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze or similar).
Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, web analytics tools, etc.
Expertise in audience targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver strategic and tactical results.
Enjoys collaborating across teams and holds excellent teamwork skills.
Attention to details and process-oriented.
Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative and strategic solutions driven by insights and learnings.
Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
