About the role

  • Engagement Manager at SkyShowtime facilitating customer retention and engagement strategies. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and drive growth in a streaming service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, optimise, and execute customer engagement initiatives across channels using automation, custom audiences, and tailored programs throughout various customer lifecycle stages.
  • Create and implement new use cases, designing automated and dynamic campaigns driven by data insights to boost engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, working closely with data and analytics teams to improve customer engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy to continually enhance communication effectiveness across different channels and marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Content Experience & Merchandising teams to develop and support cross-channel initiatives that align with overall goals.
  • Partner with the Product team to enhance the customer journey, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences across the platform.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to adapt campaigns and ensure relevance across customer segments and channels.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or similar field preferably from a media, technology or B2C subscription-oriented business.
  • Excellent understanding of email, push notification and In-app notifications.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, web analytics tools, etc.
  • Expertise in audience targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver strategic and tactical results.
  • Enjoys collaborating across teams and holds excellent teamwork skills.
  • Attention to details and process-oriented.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative and strategic solutions driven by insights and learnings.
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
