About the role

  • Strategic Partner & Ecosystem Manager managing the international partner ecosystem for RIEDEL Communications in live production solutions. Building strategic partnerships and ensuring technological integrations for events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for the international partner ecosystem
  • Identify new technology and service partners
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships to expand the solution portfolio
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
  • Conduct regular strategy and review meetings
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business and go-to-market plans
  • Define KPIs, financial targets, and milestones
  • Drive the successful implementation of partner plans
  • Create compelling partner value propositions
  • Ensure partner technologies are optimally integrated into our solutions
  • Support internal teams in delivering integrated customer solutions
  • Coordinate joint sales, marketing, and go-to-market activities
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Assist teams in developing and executing shared market strategies
  • Manage sales strategies within the partner network
  • Monitor pipeline, revenue, and KPIs using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Support partners through training and enablement
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate resources and ensure integration into projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategic partner management, business development, or building technology partnerships
  • Ideally, experience in the broadcast, AV, media, or event technology industries
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in solutions across audio, video, networking, and live production
  • Proven track record in building and strategically developing partner ecosystems or technology partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
