About the role
- Commercial Finance Analyst contributing to performance reporting and strategic decision-making for SkyShowtime across multiple European markets. Ideal for recent graduates or part-qualified finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Shareholder Content: Assist with month-end close, forecasting, and processing of payments and approvals.
- Content Efficiency Analysis: Support the team in analysing content performance and cost efficiency.
- SkyShowtime Linear Channels 1 & 2: Contribute to month-end reporting and forecasting of linear channel costs.
- D2C / Amazon (AMZ): Provide analytical support for business cases and performance reviews.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and commercial teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Travel & Entertainment Reporting: Support the preparation, analysis, and review of Travel & Entertainment spend.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Currently studying towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or planning to start.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data tools like Tableau is a plus
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Interest in the media and entertainment industry.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are advantageous.
