- Work directly with customers and domain experts to validate assumptions
- Prioritize ruthlessly as new information emerges
- Help set early product culture and operating rhythm
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product, systems, or solution design roles
- Proven ability to define problems before jumping to solutions
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with integration-heavy environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical products
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
- Experience with enterprise or workflow-driven software (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or decision systems (Nice to Have)
- Background in operations, finance, or industrial domains (Nice to Have)
- Early-stage startup or founding-team experience (Nice to Have)
