Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
- Integrate LLMs and design safe, pragmatic tool interfaces
- Prototype quickly and iterate based on live operational feedback
- Debug across the entire stack and remove bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with product, domain experts, and early customers
- Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early roadmap
- Help shape hiring and engineering culture from the ground up
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong fluency in Python or TypeScript
- Proven ability to ship full-stack features end-to-end
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-augmented features
- Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend
- Clear communicator with a bias toward action and simplicity
- Experience with agentic workflows or tool-use patterns (nice to have)
- Familiarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks (nice to have)
- Exposure to workflow engines or event-driven systems (nice to have)
- Experience in operations-heavy domains (nice to have)
- Prior zero-to-one or startup experience (nice to have)
