Responsibilities
- You guide our clients safely and methodically on their cloud security journey. Your focus is on service and delivery management as well as client support. You work with a solid understanding of Microsoft Security, without requiring deep engineering expertise.
Requirements
- You have experience in Delivery Management, Customer Success, or IT Service Management.
- You have basic knowledge of cloud security and Microsoft security products such as Entra ID, Defender, or Sentinel. Deep engineering expertise is not required.
- You enjoy direct interaction with our clients, organize confidently, and communicate clearly.
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
