Responsibilities
- Assist in planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensure facilities provide a safe environment
- Be part of the call-out Rota
- Fault find and fix AC Units
- Complete all electronic and paper records
- Undertake diagnostic analysis of systems
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment
- Maintain housekeeping practices
- Respond to emergency call-outs
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Member of an HVAC related governing body / association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
- Plumbing NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2
- Pipefitting ECITB NVQ Level 3
- Basic IT skills as tablet will be supplied for Health and Safety reporting, Timesheets PPM's, and Reactive works
- Role in similar position preferred.
- Qualification in Health and Safety (IOSH or similar) if possible.
