- Define, develop, and scale artificial intelligence products across the Sizewell C programme.
- Own the AI product roadmap, work closely with business leaders and technical teams.
- Ensure AI solutions are safe, ethical, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI or advanced data products in complex organisations
- Strong product management skills, including discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap ownership
- Ability to translate business problems into actionable AI solutions
- Experience working with technical teams (data science, ML engineering, software)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, energy, or other regulated industries (Desirable)
- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks (Desirable)
- Experience scaling AI products from pilot to enterprise adoption (Desirable)
