About the role
- Join Sitemate as a mid-level full stack engineer, working on software for construction and infrastructure. Collaborate across teams to build AI-driven features from Sydney or Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering team on one of our products & their backends.
- Design, build, and ship features independently within well-defined scopes, collaborating with senior engineers on more complex work.
- Own bug fixes and stability improvements end-to-end, from investigation through to deployment.
- Confidently diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, and actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Take increasing ownership over systems and features over time, contributing to technical direction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Javascript/Typescript experience, including Node and Angular or React/React Native, is preferred.
- Love for all things Frontend including CSS.
- MongoDB and AWS experience is a bonus.
- Experience with building no/low code automation product(s) is a bonus.
