About the role
- Senior Analyst focused on new business and innovation strategies for Tecnol. Identifying opportunities and developing strategic growth initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities, markets, trends, and competitor movements;
- Conduct technical, financial, and strategic feasibility studies;
- Develop business models (SaaS, platforms, APIs, licensing);
- Structure, lead, and monitor innovation projects, MVPs, pilots, and POCs;
- Propose improvements to products, services, and processes; work collaboratively with product, technology, marketing, finance, and commercial teams;
- Support strategic decisions through reports, presentations, and metrics;
- Map and develop strategic partnerships;
- Support go-to-market strategies;
- Monitor performance, adoption, and scalability metrics;
- Perform product management (Product Discovery, Product Delivery, roadmap, and backlog);
- Apply methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, MVP, and hypothesis validation;
- Participate in the definition and launch of new products, processes, services, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields)
- Experience in new business, innovation, strategy, or market development
- Knowledge of business modeling, financial analysis, and market research
- Ability to lead projects and work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup
- Basic knowledge of technology (APIs, data, and digital platforms)
- Knowledge of metrics and data (OKRs, KPIs, and innovation ROI).
