Responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering high‑complexity research projects from setup to completion
  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks and fieldwork across multiple projects
  • Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Supporting questionnaire design, feasibility and project planning
  • Mentoring colleagues and sharing best practice across the team

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing quantitative research projects
  • Advanced knowledge of online quantitative methodologies within an agency setting and platforms
  • Confidence juggling multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail
  • A consultative, client‑focused mindset
  • Client‑facing confidence and commercial awareness, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a tech‑first, fast‑evolving environment
  • Great communication skills with both junior and senior stakeholder
