- Product Solutions Architect advising institutional clients in FinTech on transformation. Engaging at executive level while connecting front to back office workflows with SimCorp One solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advising institutional clients at the executive level on how SimCorp One enables operating model transformation.
- Bringing market truth back into every product decision.
- Engaging with C suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and building relationships.
- Connecting front, middle, and back office workflows into integrated SimCorp One solutions.
- Representing product leadership independently in strategic client engagements, pre sales situations, and industry forums.
- Synthesizing insights from client engagements, competitive dynamics, and industry trends into prioritized strategic recommendations.
- Defining what good looks like for enterprise client archetypes including asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Defining implementation patterns by client archetype and ensuring SimCorp One delivers as a cohesive enterprise solution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, strategic consulting, or client facing product roles within institutional investment management platforms.
- Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
- Strong knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, regulatory requirements, and the operating models of asset managers, asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers.
- Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level with C suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and trust.
- Consultative approach with experience navigating complex client dynamics and delivering difficult messages with clarity and professionalism.
- Fluency in both strategy (operating models, target state, transformation roadmaps) and execution (platform capabilities, configuration, implementation patterns).
- Experience translating between institutional client requirements and product strategy.
- Ability to synthesize market feedback, competitive signals, and implementation learnings into actionable product recommendations.
