- Support marketing activities related to events (promotion, invitations, collateral, giveaways, activations);

- Map, review and design the entire event process flow, analyzing the current situation to accurately identify needs, implement improvements and standardize practices.
Requirements
- Analytical ability to design, review and optimize process flows, with a focus on accurate requirements gathering and continuous improvement;
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Events or related fields;
- Previous experience organizing and managing corporate events;
- Experience in vendor management and budget control;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects;
- Proactive profile, strong sense of priorities and attention to detail;
- Availability for occasional travel.
