About the role

  • Marketing Analyst focused on event management for law firm in São Paulo, planning and executing corporate and promotional events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and execute institutional, corporate and promotional events;
  • Manage events from conception through post-event activities, including scheduling, budgeting, logistics and reporting;
  • Liaise with vendors, partners and internal departments to ensure deadlines, quality and brand alignment;
  • Support marketing activities related to events (promotion, invitations, collateral, giveaways, activations);
  • Monitor event performance metrics (engagement, attendance, return on investment);
  • Support other marketing team requests as needed;
  • Map, review and design the entire event process flow, analyzing the current situation to accurately identify needs, implement improvements and standardize practices.

Requirements

  • Analytical ability to design, review and optimize process flows, with a focus on accurate requirements gathering and continuous improvement;
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Events or related fields;
  • Previous experience organizing and managing corporate events;
  • Experience in vendor management and budget control;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Proactive profile, strong sense of priorities and attention to detail;
  • Availability for occasional travel.
