About the role

  • Teamlead in sales coordinating product placements in retail markets across Germany. Managing a team and ensuring effective communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product shelving and placement according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures
  • Communicating with staff, clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
  • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills
  • Valid driving licence (Class B, formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field operations and/or staff supervision preferred
