About the role

  • Sales representative leading a team within SIG Sales GmbH, focused on customer relationship management and team development in the Duisburg area.

Responsibilities

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of assigned team leaders
  • Planning and ensuring targeted onboarding of new team leaders
  • Proactive support for employees in complex customer and personnel matters
  • Ensuring consistent customer and employee communication by all staff
  • Customer relationship management / regular customer contact maintenance through collaboration, participation in customer conferences, etc.
  • Management, compliance and ongoing monitoring of prescribed consumption and service budgets
  • Systematic controlling of operational and administrative service KPIs and deriving targeted measures in case of deviations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Practical experience in field sales and in managing employees
  • Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to act as a role model and strong motivational skills
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
