Responsibilities
Propose process improvements aimed at simplification and efficiency gains.
Promote a culture of processes and efficiency across the organization.
Use data intelligence to perform analyses, test hypotheses, identify opportunities, and guide actions to improve processes.
Engage business areas and the network of Process professionals across different entities to execute actions and capture efficiency benefits.
Conduct journey mapping and process mining.
Lead change management for evolved processes (monitor delivery through to completion).
Identify internal benchmarks and promote the sharing of best practices related to efficiency and processes.
Prepare presentations and share results and relevant information with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge and experience with process modeling, process mining and process automation methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with agile and co-creation methodologies (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Preferred experience in data analysis, research, monitoring KPIs and developing ad-hoc studies.
Preferred knowledge of the financial market (business and operations).
Awareness of market trends advancing technologies such as AI, etc.
Analytical capability: uses data to guide decisions.
Strong communication skills to mobilize stakeholders and deliver presentations.
Proficiency with Office 365.
Experience with visual analytics tools (Power BI).
Knowledge of the Sicredi system.
