About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the budget monitoring process and perform monthly cost assessment for the Confederation's shared services;
- Execute accounting processes and administrative routines; liaise with other departments regarding cost allocation to activities and services;
- Respond to ad-hoc management requests for scenario development, analyses and explanations;
- Support the team in mapping alternatives and controlling monthly variances of the key figures processed by the area;
- Develop analyses and information to support decision-making;
- Propose and implement improvements to routine processes through automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management or related subjects is a plus;
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of management metrics and managerial reporting;
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion/EPM;
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
