Responsibilities
Interact with business areas to ensure deadlines are met for issuing agendas and making materials available for meetings of the Executive Board, Executive Directors' Council, Boards and Committees;
Prepare agendas and meeting notices;
Draft minutes;
Make materials available for review in each governance body's repository;
Advise governance bodies and act as their focal point. In addition to the activities listed above, the role includes following up on requests from the governance body for company management; organizing the annual meeting calendar; preparing the annual Work Plan; and producing the Governance Bodies' Activity Report.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, Law, Business or related fields
Intermediate English and Spanish (desired)
Experience providing support to governance bodies/collegiate bodies
Knowledge of Corporate Governance
