Responsibilities
Provide advisory support to cooperatives and the Central South/Southeast on core compliance topics
Understand the business needs and our cooperative system
Observe systemic guidelines and interact with the Compliance area and other related departments
Analyze and assess risks, contributing to the institution's compliance and integrity
Deliver training as required.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; compliance; risk management; investigations; organizational culture
Preferred: Specialization/postgraduate degree in Law, Business Management, or Risk Management. Experience in compliance and integrity programs; knowledge of credit cooperativism; business acumen; familiarity with artificial intelligence
