About the role

  • Business Analyst role focused on enhancing acceptance in financial products for Sicredi. Collaborate with Cooperatives to drive strategic initiatives and monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the focal point for a group of Sicredi Centrals for the Acceptance product, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business (PJ) portfolio.
  • Develop close relationships with Centrals and Cooperatives, acting as a strategic partner to drive results.
  • Continuously monitor performance indicators (active base, merchant accreditations/onboarding, billing/revenue, margin, primary relationship status), identifying patterns, opportunities and risks.
  • Lead regular follow-up cadences with Centrals and Cooperatives, providing analyses, executive narratives and business insights.
  • Structure regional diagnostics and direct action plans with Cooperatives, ensuring data-driven execution.
  • Support advisors and commercial teams in building strategies and rollouts for branches, including training and support materials.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives for the Acceptance product, from Discovery (upstream) through pilots and validations in Delivery (downstream).
  • Act as a bridge between field teams and internal areas (intelligence, product, operations, channels, experience), bringing field insights and contributing to improvements in processes, offerings and member experience.
  • Represent the product at trade shows, commercial events and strategic meetings of the Centrals.
  • Roll out strategic actions defined by business intelligence to the Cooperatives under your responsibility.
  • Convert data and field insights into inputs for the evolution of the product, policies, customer journeys and commercial actions.

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret metrics for financial products and services, especially acceptance (merchant acceptance).
  • Experience leading action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate in complex environments without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills for executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of individual (PF) and business (PJ) customer journeys in financial products.
  • Organized, autonomous and able to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment methods or transactional products. (Nice to have)
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL or advanced Excel analyses. (Nice to have)
  • Experience with commercial or strategic processes aimed at business customers (PJ). (Nice to have)
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects and implementing strategic initiatives. (Nice to have)
