Responsibilities
Support the execution of ALM strategies, fostering the integration of best practices among affiliated cooperatives.
Prepare technical reports and detailed analyses on ALM status to support decision-making by the Cooperatives' Executive Board (Direx).
Assess liquidity, market and capital risks at a regional level, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
Assist in stress scenarios or liquidity crises that may affect multiple cooperatives in the region.
Contribute to ALM projects that impact multiple cooperatives or the entire Central.
Ensure activities comply with regulations and internal policies, reporting any deviations.
Support ALM training and development programs by preparing materials and assisting with training for cooperative teams.
Develop and monitor ALM KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies implemented in the region.
Participate in the monthly COAP (Direx) meetings, providing in-depth analytical support for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Finance, Risk Management or ALM (preferred).
Previous experience in ALM or related areas within the financial sector.
Strong knowledge of financial risk management, banking regulations and ALM practices.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
