About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master within ARTs, managing projects from initiation through delivery.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance within the Agile framework.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates, managing expectations, resolving conflicts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly to maintain momentum and the project schedule.
- Leverage standard project documentation, suggest and contribute to project management process improvement initiatives.
- Lead post-project evaluation activities to identify key learnings and areas for future improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Agile Certification (SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP) highly preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT projects across diverse domains (applications, infrastructure, enterprise solutions).
- Expertise in comprehensive project planning, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.
- Strong financial and vendor management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply change management principles and practices to assess organizational readiness, develop communication and training plans, and engage stakeholders.
