About the role

  • Part-time Motion Analysis Center Physical Therapist providing pediatric care at Shriners Children's New England. Collaborating with medical teams and mentoring students in motion analysis services.

Responsibilities

  • Provides evaluation and motion analysis center services including direct patient care
  • Conducts interdisciplinary team meetings to review MAC findings and recommendations
  • Collaborates with the medical staff to design treatment plans
  • Mentors and educates residents, students and other professionals
  • Responsible for personal professional growth and development through ongoing education and research
  • Maintains current knowledge in changes related to the scope of practice

Requirements

  • BS - Physical Therapy
  • Physical Therapy Licensure
  • Preferred: 2 years of motion lab experience
  • Physical therapy background in pediatrics
  • Physical therapy background in neuromuscular conditions
  • Physical therapy background in sports
  • Physical therapy background in motion analysis interpretation
  • MS / DPT Options
