- Program Manager responsible for executing privacy and AI governance programs at Shipt. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the execution of privacy, data protection, and responsible AI programs across the organization
- Execute and scale privacy program operations
- Lead privacy and AI risk assessments
- Help operationalize the AI governance framework across teams
- Build playbooks and support targeted training
- Track program metrics and monitor legal developments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, risk, security, or compliance roles
- Practical experience with privacy program delivery, including PIAs/DPIAs, data inventories, and vendor reviews
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams
- Exposure to AI/ML/LLM technologies in a governance or operational context
- Familiarity with privacy and governance tooling (e.g., OneTrust, Transcend)
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud/data platforms
- Certifications like CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in technology companies
