About the role

  • Data Scientist / Engineer developing and implementing AI solutions for insurance clients. Contributing to fraud detection and automation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the US Subrogation roadmap and clients
  • Implementation of the data engineering from client extracts to data stores (SQL, ElasticSearch)
  • Developing, testing, tuning models and putting them in production for tasks like fraud detection
  • Automate key business tasks by implementing them in C# production process
  • Conduct meetings with clients and interact with external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with diverse skills
  • Code-savvy, either by having a degree in computer science and/or having developed some apps with actual users
  • AI-savvy, either by having a degree in machine learning and/or statistics
  • Client facing; comfortable and open to communicating to clients regularly
  • Business smart; interested in learning and mastering the business aspects of products
