About the role

  • Sourcing Coordinator sourcing top talent for Australian and Canadian clients while supporting recruitment operations. Responsible for candidate engagement, administration, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels
  • Maintain an active pool of potential candidates for current and future roles
  • Reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the recruitment process
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (resume review, basic qualification check)
  • Assist recruiters in shortlisting candidates based on role requirements
  • Maintain candidate records and notes in the ATS
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers
  • Send interview reminders and coordinate reschedules if needed
  • Ensure interview feedback is properly tracked in the ATS
  • Create job descriptions and update job postings in job boards or ATS
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate files, and reports
  • Monitor employment requirements and pre-onboarding documents
  • Assist in onboarding coordination when needed
  • Track sourcing metrics (applications sourced, candidates engaged, response rate)
  • Provide weekly or monthly updates on sourcing progress to recruiters/team
  • Highlight potential bottlenecks or challenges in the sourcing pipeline
  • Assist in implementing recruitment process improvements and automation
  • Support recruiters in ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Keep up-to-date with sourcing tools, channels, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition; experience in agency hiring is highly preferred
  • Experience working with international clients, preferably in Australia or Canada
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.)
  • Basic reporting experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including knowledge of basic formulas
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle administrative tasks alongside sourcing activities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Open to occasional onsite work (at least 2x a month or as needed) at our Makati office.
