Responsibilities
- As a **QA Intern**, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
- You’ll work closely with the engineering team to design, execute, and maintain test cases, automate testing processes, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software quality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web and/or API testing.
- Support regression testing and continuous integration pipelines.
- Document and execute test cases, report defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving test coverage.
- Document test results and provide feedback on application usability and performance.
- Learn and apply QA best practices in a real-world product environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
- Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Karate) is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- **Bonus (Nice to Have):**
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
