About the role
- Attorney reviewing and validating legal documents for strategic applications. Collaborating with team members to ensure legal compliance and quality at SERUR ADVOGADOS.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate defenses, appeals, and petitions drafted by the legal team;
- Advise the drafting team on procedural matters relevant to filings, always aligned with the client's policy;
- Develop legal theories and arguments for strategic application in lawsuits;
- Draft procedural documents of medium to high complexity;
- Assist in defining litigation strategies together with other team members;
- Ensure standardization and technical quality of templates and procedural documents.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Solid experience in drafting and validating procedural documents;
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure law;
- Excellent communication skills.
