About the role

  • Cybersecurity Analyst supporting clients in threat analysis, system monitoring, and policy enforcement. Collaborating with teams to protect IT infrastructure in a contract role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2-3 years’ equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in a corporate IT networking or cybersecurity role
  • Strong understanding of Network infrastructure architecture & design
  • Must have experience with Rapid7 IDR Advanced and Check Point Harmony
  • Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, RDP, OSI Model, Routing & Switching
  • Experience reviewing logs and analyzing security system data
  • Familiarity with email filtering and protection systems
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards: ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, DFARS5.X, CMMC Level 2
  • Certifications preferred: CompTIA Security +, Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CISSP or equivalent, certification
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
