About the role

  • Procurement Clerk responsible for operational purchasing of Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen for production. Ensuring compliance with guidelines and monitoring stock levels while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational procurement of raw, auxiliary and operating materials (RHB) as well as indirect materials to ensure a smooth production process
  • Processing orders according to the requirements of production planning and internal departments
  • Checking order confirmations and pre-coding (pre-accounting) of invoices
  • Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time availability of goods
  • Ensuring compliance with and implementation of central procurement requirements, policies and strategies
  • Monitoring inventory levels in cooperation with warehouse management and taking measures to prevent shortages
  • Handling supplier complaints and claims
  • Maintaining procurement and material data in the ERP system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience as a purchasing/procurement clerk, preferably in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented, structured working approach
  • Numerical aptitude, confident demeanor and persistence
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
