About the role
- Product Manager responsible for portfolio management and pricing strategy implementation at Sem Parar. Conducting market analyses and supporting automation initiatives for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute management and evolution of the plan portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines
- Support the definition and implementation of pricing strategy, based on analyses and data
- Build and evolve the value proposition for different customer segments
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (revenue, ARPU, plan mix) and propose improvements
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and portfolio optimization
- Conduct market, competitor and customer behavior analyses
- Plan and execute tests and experiments (A/B, pilots)
- Support the development of business cases and financial analyses
- Ensure execution and governance of commercial rules and offers
- Work collaboratively with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
- Identify opportunities to automate operational and analytical processes
- Use AI tools to boost productivity, generate insights and support decision-making
- Structure routines and automated flows (e.g., recurring analyses, KPI monitoring, report generation)
- Support the dissemination of AI use in the team's daily work
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Pricing, Strategy or related areas
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of pricing, monetization and plan structuring
- Experience with analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with business-applied AI tools (e.g., automation, analysis, copilots)
- Good communication and ability to execute in cross-functional environments
- Efficient execution of portfolio and pricing initiatives
