Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding your customer base within the sales territory
  • Ensuring optimal shelf placement, creating promotional concepts, and maintaining a professional in-store presence
  • Training sales staff and representing the company at trade fairs
  • Route planning and reporting using iPad and online tools
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales, sales, or retail
  • Strong communication skills; persuasive and service-oriented
  • Independent, organized, and goal-driven
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Class B driver’s license and confident use of iPhone & iPad
  • Residence in one of the sales territories or willingness to relocate
