Responsibilities
Leading and managing application development and support team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and meeting project deadlines.
Overseeing the design, development, and integration of our Threat Intelligence Platform (ThreatQ).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensuring adherence to best practices for software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Managing software support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation to assist in knowledge transfer and effective software maintenance.
Mentoring and nurturing the professional development of team members, setting performance objectives, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Continuously improving the team's efficiency and effectiveness by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a manager role.
Expertise in Laravel/ PHP, React, and related technologies, including experience with SQL, user authentication, and software integration.
Experience in scaling SaaS environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and other cloud native applications.
Experience in Snowflake and Solr.
Experience with DevOps platforms like Ansible/Chef/Opscode, systems management, build/artifact management, and deployment platforms.
Proven experience managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex environments.
Experience in AI enablement for internal and external processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
