About the role

- Define and publish contribution patterns for the Assessment Service.
- Own the outcomes product surface end-to-end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers in a product or platform engineering environment
- Full-stack or backend-heavy engineering background, with the ability to reason about service architecture, data modeling, and client-side UX tradeoffs
- Experience owning a shared platform or service consumed by multiple internal teams — with the judgment to balance internal roadmap with external partner needs
- Track record of running experiments and reasoning about outcomes metrics — not just shipping features.
