About the role
- Support Consultant managing SAP IS-U systems while enhancing solutions for the energy sector. Collaborating in a hybrid environment with opportunities for development and team engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP IS-U systems and connected subsystems (1st–3rd level support)
- Analyze, troubleshoot and optimize performance in the SAP environment
- Technical and functional monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, EDIFACT converter)
- Conduct health checks and daily system monitoring
- Serve as a point of contact for our customers on energy-sector processes
- Contribute to process optimizations and the improvement of internal workflows
Requirements
- Degree or formal training in IT or the energy sector
- 2–3 years of professional experience in IT support, consulting or the SAP environment
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U and ideally ABAP (reading/debugging)
- Understanding of energy-sector processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial operations)
- Enjoy working in a team, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous development
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
