About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Software developer, you will be working with technology and business domain experts across all Baltic countries.
- Team’s purpose is to develop solutions needed to support the bank’s future vision towards digital banking leaders.
- Authentication and signing solutions are widely used within the organization and should be constantly monitored and improved.
- Demonstrate team player attitude with excellent coding skills.
- Have initiative on proposing solutions, mentor more junior colleagues, and cooperate with external service providers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java backend development with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle and handling large, business‑critical datasets
- Experience with REST API design, secure service integrations, token-based authentication mechanisms
- Good understanding of OOP, SOLID, clean code, and secure coding practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated quality controls, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with reactive frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- Experience with leading role in development projects, work across multiple systems and communicate effectively in a distributed international team
- Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English, as you will be working with colleagues in Baltic team
