About the role
- Senior IT AI Engineer driving design, development, and implementation of AI initiatives for Backoffice processes at Seagull Software, optimizing efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize Backoffice processes
- Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and automation use cases
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms)
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to enable AI-driven insights
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data-driven automation, intelligent systems, or software engineering
- at least 3+ years focused on AI development and automation
- Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, versioning, and review of AI and automation code
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, natural language processing, document intelligence, and automation tools
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of Middlewares, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and preparing data for AI use
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and managed AI/ML services
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and basic MLOps practices
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Clear, structured communicator who can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for decision makers
