- Product Engineering Intern responsible for launching products at Seagate's Korat facility in Thailand. Focus on quality, test time, and customer satisfaction with operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule
- Achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability
- Conduct Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem
- Initiate new technical engineering ideas for solutions to improve yield & quality
- Support and provide technical solutions based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business tasks
Requirements
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, people management and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update
- Fluent in English communication both spoken and written
- Energetic and passionate
- Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental
- Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology
- Data Analytics to support Global trends
- Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C
