Responsibilities
Acquisition of new clients and execution of cross-selling and upselling with existing clients through sales and relationship activities;
Management of relationships with external clients through meetings, in-person meetings, events and calls;
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, connecting different areas and ensuring understanding of our products and solutions;
Identifying opportunities for business and product evolution with clients;
Strategic application of our solutions in the context of clients and prospects;
Creation, monitoring and management of KPIs;
Preparation of technical commercial proposals, taking into account business objectives and the context of each opportunity;
Execution of the sales plan;
Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase penetration in existing accounts and generate additional revenue;
Understanding the requirements of internal and external clients to promote service and solution offerings;
Managing revenue retention and reducing churn to maintain revenue levels;
Monitoring competitors by analyzing market, product and pricing trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related fields;
Preferred experience as a Business/Commercial Analyst;
Experience in the Data Analytics and CRM market;
Experience in commercial roles and customer service;
Knowledge of key sales and retention metrics: LTV, churn, upsell, cross-sell and renewals;
Knowledge of BI and data science;
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools such as RD Station;
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
Ability to listen and translate needs into solutions;
