Responsibilities
- AI/ML development and platform integration: driving embedding of AI/ML models and data analytics into the platform.
- Software Development: Build and optimize the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
- DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure setup, and enhance deployment processes.
- API & System Design: Develop APIs, create scalable event-driven systems, and integrate third-party services.

Requirements
- Full-Stack Expertise (4+ years): Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React for front-end and Python for back-end development.
- Data & AI/ML (2+ years): Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs incl. RAG, Chunking and Finetuning.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban for efficient project management.
- Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks, libraries, and scalable architectures.
- Test-Driven Development: Committed to writing clean, structured, and well-tested code.
