Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and consolidated reporting
- Conduct monthly performance analyses and derive actionable recommendations
- Perform margin analyses for products and automation projects

- Further develop R&D controlling and time-tracking/hour monitoring
- Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Finance & Controlling
- Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally with IFRS knowledge
- Strong skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One)
- Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, reliability and team spirit
- High degree of self-motivation, strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Very good German and English skills complete the profile
