Responsibilities
- Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei Fragen zu modernen Web- und AI-Technologien
- Durchführung von 1:1-Mentorings, Gruppenformaten und Code-Reviews
- Feedback zu Projekten, Experimenten und Architekturentscheidungen geben
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Top-Trainer:innen aus führenden Tech-Companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Atlassian, Delivery Hero u.a.)
- Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien und Unterstützung des Curriculum-Teams
- Begleitung der Teilnehmenden durch alle Phasen des Bootcamps
Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit modernen Technologien (z. B. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js)
- Begeisterung für AI, Machine Learning und moderne Developer Tools (z. B. GPT, LangChain, Vercel, n8n, Pinecone)
- Freude an Wissensvermittlung, Coaching und Teamarbeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Optional: Erfahrung mit Online-Lernplattformen, Cloud-Umgebungen und GitHub
