About the role
- Lead Consultant managing SAP Sales & Distribution implementations and transitions at major clients. Involves team management, project oversight, and strategic consulting in logistics and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for challenging implementation and transition projects at well-known clients and hidden champions
- Lead and support a team and ensure smooth project execution
- Support our clients in digitalization initiatives in the areas of sales and logistics
- Provide strategic consulting from selection to successful implementation of suitable SAP solutions in sales, CRM and logistics (SAP SD/CS/LE)
- Plan and coordinate customer workshops and integration topics within projects or programs
- Own an integrated solution design across departments and processes to map the respective sales, logistics and service processes
- Execute complex implementation tasks and lead major system adjustments
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in solution design and customizing for SAP Sales/Distribution (SD)
- Good overview of the SAP portfolio (logistics area) to independently advise on solutions, including business-value justification
- Proficiency in traditional and agile project management methods
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (University/FH) or a comparable field
- Strong solution orientation and a structured working style
- Team player with assertiveness and a sense for entrepreneurial thinking; initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
