About the role

Responsibilities
- Consulting and support in defining and implementing business processes and system requirements in SAP S/4HANA
- Participation in client projects for SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Maintenance and further development of the SAP system landscape, including customizing, support, minor change requests and end-user training
- Continuous monitoring of new technologies and IT trends, deriving relevant recommendations for action and ensuring knowledge transfer within the business unit – acting as a driver for innovation and development
- Active client contact for requirements gathering and sales support
- Taking on subproject leadership roles in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Designing innovative SAP application solutions, developing optimization proposals and contributing to internal and external projects to implement technical and process-related requirements
- Developing and coordinating test concepts, executing tests, analyzing defects, approving production deployment and ensuring quality and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge and experience with SAP technologies, particularly SAP S/4HANA in the MM module and preferably in the SD module
- Basic knowledge of ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO) is an advantage
- Knowledge of energy industry processes is a plus
- Experience in IT projects, especially SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Good end-to-end process overview
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Strong methodological skills in project management, analysis, solution design and consulting
- High degree of teamwork, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently and results-oriented
