Responsibilities
Lead the design direction for projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compelling storytelling.

Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, guiding them in their creative processes and professional development.
Promote a culture of trust, respect, and open communication, ensuring collective accountability and efficient, collaborative workflows.
In collaboration with the Design Resource Manager and Creative Producers, promote synergy with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Actively evaluate and refine creative workflows to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration, ensuring that the design process supports Saylor’s objectives and fosters a productive creative environment.
Work closely with the Creative Director - Design, fellow Art Directors, and other department heads to create cohesive and impactful creative strategies.
Mentor and uplift fellow designers and their ideas to promote collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members contribute creatively to projects.
Champion inclusivity, ensuring diverse perspectives are integrated into project workflows and creative outputs.
Continuously seek out and apply the latest trends and technologies in design and multimedia to keep Saylor at the forefront of the industry.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and solutions.
Serve as a creative liaison for clients, effectively presenting ideas and gathering feedback as needed.
Build and maintain trust through consistent delivery of outstanding creative work and by exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
2-3 years of extensive experience as an Art Director, preferably in digital and social media advertising, within the entertainment or related creative industry.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
Art Director responsible for visual aspects of ongoing content and special projects. Engaging in strategy, video creation, and teamwork to deliver consistent quality.
